Understanding your strengths unlocks your potential and leads you to greater performance.

Discover your strengths by completing a CliftonStrengths assessment to gain insight into your top 5 personal strengths. Learn about new areas of development and use your strengths to your advantage inside and outside of the classroom.

Gallup’s CliftonStrengths is a tool used to help you uncover your talents. When you know your strengths, it becomes easier to identify the classes and craft the careers that allow you to do what you do best.

  • Take the CliftonStrengths Assessment

During this 30 minute assessment, you'll see 177 paired statements and choose which ones best describe you. The assessment measures your talents - your natural patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving - and categorizes them into the 34 CliftonStrengths themes. The top 5 themes are available to you for free.

Hear what our students have to say!

"One piece of learning I took away from attending a CliftonStrengths workshop is that it is very important to identify what we need to be at our best in a relationship and work environment. Identifying our needs will help us connect and work better with those around us."
